Responsibilities
In this role, you'll infuse projects with visionary design, shaping the aesthetic of diverse builds from quaint mews to grand mixed-use developments. You will:
Lead design efforts ensuring outstanding quality and detail
Articulate creative solutions from conception to delivery
Collaborate across teams, fostering an environment of shared expertise
Interact with clients and contractors confidently, shaping enduring partnerships
Navigate projects of varying scale with a mindful approach to bespoke architecture
Requirements
To excel, you will present:
A robust portfolio showcasing design prowess and technical acumen
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, desirable but not essential
Superb communication skills, both spoken and written
An amiable and assertive disposition befitting a team anchor
Prior experience in high-end residential, hotel, or similar sectors, highly regarded
