Are you an experienced Senior Architect looking to work with a long-established and highly successful property and construction consultancy? Our client is a leader in their field, providing bespoke services to corporate clients and public bodies across the UK and Europe. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a team working on a major submarine training facility project for the Royal Navy.

The Position
As Senior Architect, you will provide leadership and expertise through the tender and construction stages of the major submarine training facility project for the Royal Navy. You will guide and coordinate the more junior members of the team and collaborate with external partners and stakeholders. Once complete, you can expect to be involved in various other projects across different sectors, ranging in value up to £200m.
Requirements
Experience in running large-scale projects (£50m plus) for a single client through stages (RIBA 4 to 6).
Commercial offices or scientific/research facility sector experience is preferable.
All round knowledge and experience but with a specific focus on technical delivery, and construction documentation, across all relevant RIBA Stages.
Highly developed skills in leading internal and external design teams, liaising with statutory stakeholders, and client relationship management.
Ability to direct or coordinate the work of supporting architectural staff.
A collaborative and professional work ethic.
Knowledge of BIM level 2 and use of Revit essential.
