Working closely under the direction of the Associate, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and talented Senior Architectural Technologist to help bring designs to life.

The Position
As a senior architectural technologist, you will be responsible for the design development of projects through to completion, outlining technical details and ensuring the project brief is met from an operational and functional perspective, writing and collating the NBS specification, coordinating with all sub consultant packages, and sourcing suitable materials. Additionally, you will be coordinating closely with the Associate contributing your technical expertise with all aspects of design development, ensuring local authority compliance and carrying out technical detailing of projects.

Requirements
• Revit
• Experienced in design development
• Knowledge of construction systems and materials
• Understanding of local authority compliance
• Ability to meet briefs from an operational and functional perspective
• Excellent communication skills
