Are you a highly experienced Senior Technician looking to join a leading property and construction consultancy? Our client has an exciting opportunity for an individual with unrivalled technical expertise and a passion for delivering excellence in design.

The Position

As part of their multidisciplinary team, you will work on the construction of a cutting-edge nuclear energy facility designed to demonstrate multiple technologies required for the delivery of clean, sustainable fusion energy in Oxfordshire. You will produce, coordinate and review technical packages, guide and contribute to the professional development of more junior members of the team, and deliver works packages independently under the supervision of the Project Architect, Senior Architect or Technical Lead.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Technical detailing at RIBA Stages 4 & 5.

  • Knowledge of BIM level 2 and use of Revit essential (Revit test will be required).

  • Knowledge of Passivhaus and Net Zero detailing is preferable.

  • Understanding of the Revit modelling process and best practices.

  • Knowledge and demonstrated application of Building Regulations are required.
