Position Overview

As an Architect, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality residential projects from concept through to construction. Working closely with the design team, clients, and consultants, you will ensure projects meet design, regulatory and client requirements while adhering to the practice's socially responsible and sustainable design ethos.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed residential layouts and construction drawings

• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports

• Liaise with consultants and contractors to resolve design issues

• Communicate design solutions directly to clients

• Contribute innovative design options and ideas

Requirements

• Architectural Technician / Architect qualification

• Minimum 5 years' professional experience in UK residential projects

• Thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel

• Excellent detailing and construction drawing skills

• Strong communication
