Position Overview:

This pivotal Studio Manager position embodies a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a practice renowned for crafting tailored designs for an exclusive clientele. Working directly with the Director, you will be instrumental in enabling the smooth operation of the studio, providing invaluable support across various business functions and contributing to strategic decision-making.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary support to the Director, managing the diary and coordinating meetings.

  • Lead HR initiatives, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development.

  • Spearhead marketing efforts to deliver brand messages and engage the practice's elite audience.

  • Oversee operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and optimal working conditions for the team.

  • Take charge of financial management in conjunction with the practice's external accountant.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a studio management position within the architecture or design industry.

  • Proven ability to operate proactively and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to high standards.

  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a diverse and talented team.
