Responsibilities

As a Technician/Technologist, your key role will be focusing on stage 4-5 technical detail drawing using Revit. You will be chiefly involved in two large-scale residential projects, each comprising around 200 units. This role requires you to be a specialist in construction detailing with minimum supervision. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating technical detail drawings for large residential developments.

  • Managing, supporting, and coordinating the technical aspects of production work.

  • Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the seamless completion of projects.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrable expertise in Revit.

  • A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar role.

  • Experience with pre-cast facades at stages 3 and 4 will be an added advantage.
