Our client, a highly respected architecture practice, is seeking a skilled Technologist to join their growing London team. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional projects across healthcare, education, residential, spots & leisure, and commercial sectors, this is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to their continued success.
Position Overview
As a Technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the practice's projects comply with regulatory requirements while contributing to the delivery of high-quality designs in a number of sectors. Working closely with the team, you will be involved in various stages of the project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies to detailed design and construction phases with an emphsis on the stages 4+.
Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on regulatory knowledge to ensure project compliance
Contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects spanning healthcare, commercial, education, and sports sectors
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional results for clients
Focus on stages 4 and beyond, working on tender information and detailed design as projects progress through construction phases
Requirements
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to guide projects accordingly
Experience in healthcare, commercial, education, sports, or residential projects
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Revit is a must
