We are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist/Technical Architect to join a leading architectural firm at the forefront of transforming urban living.

Responsibilities

As the Architectural Technologist/Technical Architect, you will have a pivotal role in coordinating consultant design teams and associated design subcontractors. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing design programs using BIM, 2D CAD, and traditional methods

• Overseeing projects of varying scales, from small-scale builds to larger urban regeneration initiatives

• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance project outcomes

• Applying your technical expertise and creativity to turn design concepts into reality

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

• Extensive experience in producing design programmes

• Expertise in using BIM, 2D CAD, and traditional methods

• Strong coordination skills with consultant design teams

• Excellent Revit skills

• A proven track record in delivering projects of all scales
