Responsibilities

As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in contributing to translating initial concepts into pioneering architecture across diverse sectors. Your input will be instrumental to the continued success and growth of the company as they embark on a period of growth with ambitions to double in size. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in various stages of architectural design and delivery

  • Exhibiting your confident design skills, initiative and proactive approach across diverse architectural projects leading key project aspects.

  • Leveraging your experience in Rhino, Enscape and Revit in project design, development and delivery.

  • Collaborating closely with the team through all project stages to achieve the highest design standards

  • Fostering an atmosphere of inclusivity, collaboration, innovation and creativity.

  • Collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality work within project timelines

  • Contribute your innovative ideas, fresh perspectives and individuality to help shape the studio's culture and contribute to creating a dynamic and inspiring studio atmosphere.


Requirements

  • Completion of Part II Architectural Assistant qualification and a minimum of one year's experience on live projects post-part 2

  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; experience in Enscape and Rhino preferable

  • Strong design and presentation skills

  • Desire for progression and openness to taking on more responsibility

  • A proactive, positively charged approach to teamwork

  • A keen interest in contributing to a fast-paced, energetic, small studio atmosphere
