Ready for the next step in your architecture career? This fast-growing interdisciplinary practice is seeking a Project Architect to contribute to their dynamic and socially-conscious mission. Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to all aspects of the projects, delivering designs that resonate with the communities served. Immediately, you'll take the helm of a flagship project offering mixed-use development combining housing and community infrastructure. This role will involve managing a team and mentoring younger practitioners, definitely a rewarding experience for someone passionate about public architecture and eager to join and contribute to the growing success of a dynamic start-up culture.


Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have: 

  • 2+ years post Part 3 experience in practice

  • Excellent design, presentation, and graphics skills.

  • Delivery experience (RIBA Stage 1–6) of complex, large-scale projects, specifically focusing on technical delivery, and construction documentation.

  • Proven successful work with Local Authorities and/or public/third sector and commercial clients.

  • A good understanding of construction detailing.

  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Vectorworks, Rhino, SketchUp (or other similar CAD software)

  • Good knowledge in BIM methodology and processes
